The Atlantic Western Companies are privately held real estate investment banking and advisory firms which provide asset management, property management, leasing, brokerage, and advisory services to institutionally and privately held real estate throughout the United States; with a primary emphasis in Florida.
Since 1986, we have delivered sophisticated real estate investment banking, management and brokerage services with an entrepreneurial, small shop approach. We distinguish ourselves by employing intense energies on specific assignments for select clients to generate maximum results. Our sweet spot is the workout, value enhancement, and repositioning of sub-performing real estate assets on a portfolio and/or individual basis.
