The Atlantic Western Companies are privately held real estate investment banking and advisory firms providing asset management, property management, leasing, brokerage, and advisory services to institutional and private real estate clients throughout the United States; with a primary emphasis in Florida.

 

Since 1986, we have delivered sophisticated real estate investment banking, management and brokerage services with an entrepreneurial, small shop approach. We distinguish ourselves by employing concentrated energies on specific assignments to generate maximum value for our clients. Our sweet spot lies in the workout, value enhancement, and repositioning of sub-performing real estate assets on a portfolio and/or individual basis.
